Operational Survey of Water Systems


Upon request, NETCHD will conduct an operational survey of a water system to determine compliance with drinking water standards. 

  • Operational Survey Application

    • Water system survey - $150 + water test fee
    • Operational survey of both water system and on-site sewage system - $250.00 + water test fee
    • Follow up survey - $75.00 + water test fee
