Northeast Tri County Health District (NETCHD) maintains records of permits for completed on-site sewage systems. The sewage permit records contain information such as permit number, date of installation, as-built drawing, septic tank sizing, drainfield location and dimensions, etc. Information from the sewage permit record is useful for locating the septic tank for pumping, determining locations for outbuildings and driveways, or when property ownership changes.
To obtain sewage permit information complete the online Sewage Permit Record Search Request form and email to the NETCHD or fax to 509-684-1002.
Response Time
Searches are done on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will make every attempt to provide the requester with information within 5 days of receipt of the application. However, we reserve the right to allow for up to two weeks to respond. Property information that may help you complete the form can be located at the specific county assessor's website.
