Determine Which Category Your Temporary Event Falls Into

Category 1: $25 per event or $45 for a reoccurring event like a farmers market or county fair
Note:  To qualify for reoccurring event, the same food must be served each occurrence, the event must be at the same location each time, and you may not operate for more than 3 days in a week.

Category 2: $25 per event or $45 for a reoccurring event like a farmers market or county fair

Category 3: $65 per event or $85 for a reoccurring event like a farmers market or county fair
Note:  To qualify for reoccurring event, the same food must be served each occurrence, the event must be at the same location each time, and you may not operate for more than 3 days in a week.

For a registered non-profit or benevolent organization, you are entitled to pay only 50% of the total fee.

If your any application is submitted within 5 days or less of the event, you must pay a $30 late fee.  A completed application and fee must be submitted prior to review and approval.
